The service was all in all good. The breakfast was free, I liked a wide array of food they served. The stuff was really helpful and competent can provide additional tips. Location: the hotel was short walk to bars and restaurants, the Independence Monument and the city centre.

Absolutely loved the breakfast, so many options and everything was delicious. the comfortable rooms were a great relief after a long day of exploring the city. the pool was a fantastic bonus, especially in the hot weather. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel were very reliable and affordable. Plus, the location was convenient for getting around the city.
The bed was a bit hard and the mattress was quite thin, so it wasn't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. I also slipped on the steps coming down from the sky bar pool, so be careful and dry yourself properly to avoid any accidents.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to key attractions in the city. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the staff was quite helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The hotel itself did not match the pictures as it appeared quite old and in need of renovation. the pool area was not as nice as expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the power shower was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to a variety of delicious restaurants. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was exceptional, with a selection of both Western and local dishes. I loved lounging by the clean and inviting pool, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city. The friendly and helpful tuk tuk driver outside made getting around a breeze. Plus, there was even a lift, which was a great relief when carrying our heavy bags!
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It surpasses expectations in terms of its location, service, and amenities.

The breakfast assortment was pretty decent with a few western options, and the location was superbly central to all sorts of tourist activities. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were amiable and helpful.
Though our stay was affordable, the hotel wasn’t updated, and the rooftop pool and bar were not as attractive as what was pictured on the hotel’s website. The room was also a bit noisy as renovations were taking place.
